Nick is currently playing professional hockey for the Graz99ers in the ICEHL. He’s previously played in the AHL, ECHL and the Allsvenskan, providing him with over four years of professional hockey experience. Leading up to professional play, Nick was a member of the UMass Boston Hockey team, where he was a 3x All-American. He participated in the Boston Bruins development camp in 2018, and launched his pro career from there.

In addition to hockey, Nick is a co-owner of Bando Performance and is very excited to be launching BP advising. One of his biggest passions is being able to share the hockey knowledge and experience he has gained while building his dream career to help others achieve their goals and do the same. As the current Head Coach at the Hillside School, Ross has a passion for teaching and player development. Prior to joining the coaching ranks, Ross played professional hockey with the Worcester Railers and the Solar Bears, where he held leadership positions on both teams.  His professional journey also includes time with the AHL teams Bridgeport Islanders and Providence Bruins.

Ross is an alumnus of Endicott College, where he majored in Sport Management and earned an MBA. During his college years, Ross achieved the distinction of being the all-time points leader at Endicott with 134 points and was a semi-finalist for the Joe Concannon Award in 2017-2018.

Ross’s growth and development in hockey have been significantly influenced by his time with high-level coaches. He has worked with David Cunniff, known for his 15 years as an AHL/Skill Development coach, Jon Lousbury, a former skill coach for the Florida Panthers and Holy Cross before joining the Oates Hockey Group, and Mike Ellis, a skill development coach for the Tampa Bay Lightning.
