Specialized training designed to enhance sport-specific abilities through targeted exercises that improve strength, speed, agility, and endurance. Programs are customized to the athlete’s specific sport and position.

Middle School (Ages 11-13)

Group begins at 4:30pm

Middle School athletic performance groups are focused on creating a well rounded athlete and is applicable for a variety of sports. We focus on teaching proper movement patterns that will help your young athlete gain strength, confidence, and overall athleticism.

Ages 8-10

Monday – Friday
Group Begins at 3:30pm
60 Minutes

The Futures program builds a strong athletic foundation through fun gameplay and interactive decision-making with peers. Focused on mastering movement patterns, strength, and endurance, participants learn essential skills in a safe, supervised environment. This program combines physical development, teamwork, and enjoyment to set the stage for future athletic success.

Adult Functional Training

Exercise programming for adults that focuses on improving everyday movement patterns and strength for daily activities. Emphasizes multi-joint movements that enhance mobility, stability, and strength to support independent living, reduce injury risk, and improve quality of life regardless of fitness level.

Semi-Private Training

Bando Performance athletes benefit from the motivational aspect of training in a group environment ranging from 6-8 athletes per group, while also receiving the individual attention needed to elevate their performance. We design personalized programs to suit the needs of each athlete.

Private Training

Our private training program begins with a thorough movement assessment of strength, balance, and power. A staff member will then tailor each client’s programs to fit their individual needs using a variety of testing modalities to design each athlete’s program and monitor their progress. At Bando Performance, we encourage a 3-5 week phase consisting of 2-4 workouts weekly. For more information and how to schedule a private lesson, contact us below.

Adult Training

Our adult functional training programs are designed to fit the physical needs of any adult client that walks through our doors. We want our adults to train in a positive, un-intimidating and energetic environment, where they can feel as part of a team again; all-the-while, being coached by one of our expert coaches on our staff!  Each workout, our adults should expect to be put through a “Mobility/Stretch” circuit followed by a dynamic warm up. After our warm up, we head right into our “Power Work” where we will throw medicine balls and use low-level, joint-friendly plyometrics. During the workout, we throw in “Core Work” such as crawling in multi-planar directions amongst other safe and effective ways to strengthen the muscles that stabilize the spine. From there, we will work on building strength through functional movements using free weights and always finish with some type of metabolic conditioning circuit.  Please click below to register or send us an email to learn more!

Team Training

Do you have a team or organization interested in training with us? Look no further! Bando Performance offers Team Training* (defined as groups of 12 or more athletes) not only at each one of our locations; but we can also travel to you!
Bando Performance will provide an expert coach to guide your team/organization through workouts that will focus on improving key performance indicators such as strength, speed and power while simultaneously keeping a focus on safe and effective training methods so that your team can stay on the playing surface and be as healthy as possible when competing!
