Private Training

Our private training program begins with a thorough movement assessment of strength, balance, and power. A staff member will then tailor each client’s program to fit their individual needs using a variety of testing modalities. At Bando Performance, we encourage a 3-5 week phase consisting of 2-4 workouts weekly. Please use the link below to register.
