Our mission at Bando Performance is to empower athletes of all levels to achieve peak performance through evidence-based training, cutting-edge technology, and a holistic approach to strength and conditioning. Our Timeline

Early-days--2019
Began 2019

Bando Performance began its journey in 2019, when Charlie Bando founded the company with a bold vision: to create a training environment where athletes of all levels could unlock their true potential  physically, mentally, and emotionally. From humble beginnings, we quickly emerged as a driving force in Massachusetts’ athletic performance scene, known for our science-based training and athlete-first approach. In our early years, we introduced personalized strength and conditioning programs that blended biomechanics, , recovery, and athletic performance.  Bando Performance sets the standard for what modern strength and conditioning and athletic performance  training should look like.

By 2021, our growing reputation of building premiere athlete conditioning led to the expansion of our services, welcoming not just young athletes, but adults and professionals seeking functional, life-enhancing fitness and performance training.

From youth athlete development to professional athletes, and even fitness-focused adults or injured or handicapped, our solutions are designed to enhance everyday performance through functional fitness. With our remote coaching and online programming, we ensure that athletes everywhere can benefit from our proven training systems.Excellence knows no boundaries.
